for Arrive Vacaville residents
Hello neighbor! We are offering car seat cleaning services at a discounted rate for Arrive Vacaville residents. We want to create a sense of community, especially when dealing with little children. You may choose to drop off your car seats at our apartment door, or we can come pick them up from you. We will make sure to reach out prior to your appointment!
Discounts will be taken off from the final invoice after verifying residence at Arrive Vacaville.

ARRIVE VACAVILLE PRICING
Car Seat Deep Clean: $55
Additional Harness Car Seat: $35 per seat
Booster Seat: $15
All add-ons are at the regular price.
Discounted rates for residents are on the car seats only.
HOW IT WORKS
1) Select your service and any applicable add-ons.
2) Complete the intake form and pay the $25 booking deposit.
3) We will contact you to arrange for pickup, or you may drop it off at our apartment door.
4) Your seat is inspected for any potential damage, photos are taken, notes are documented and the final invoice is sent.
5) Your seat is professionally cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
6) Once your service is complete and your remaining balance is paid, we’ll return your freshly cleaned car seat, or you may pick it up.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Remove all personal belongings from the car seat.
Let us know about any bodily fluids, mold, accident history or any other concerns below.
Ensure your car seat is accessible at the scheduled pickup time, or let us know when you have dropped off your car seat at our door.
We follow each manufacturer’s cleaning instructions and will never use cleaning methods that could compromise your car seat.
Some stains, discoloration, odors, or any wear may not be completely removable.
If the manufacturer guidelines suggest for replacement of the car seat, ie: broken pieces or mold found, we will contact you immediately.
If additional services or fees are needed after inspection, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
We currently only operate on a pickup and delivery basis for locations outside of Arrive Vacaville.
Prices are lower for Arrive Vacaville residents and subject to verification of residence to use the lower prices for service.
Turnaround time varies based on condition of the car seat. For same day service, pickup is in the morning and drop off is after 4pm. If you are not flexible with your schedule, please contact us so that we can work out a specific time that will work for your family. We are here to help you!
Expedited priority service is for urgent needs ONLY that need to be taken care of as soon as possible (vomit or any bodily fluids etc). This is considered a squeeze-in on top of the other appointments booked for other customers that day. The expedited priority fee will be added to the final invoice.
Each invoice will be thoroughly reviewed prior to being sent for payment.
