These prices are due to the two round trips we have to make. You are welcome to meet us in Vacaville if you do not want to pay the travel fee.

After you book your appointment, we’ll contact you before your scheduled pickup with an estimated arrival time. We’ll pick up your car seat, inspect it, clean it, and return it securely wrapped in a bag once your service is complete and your remaining balance has been paid.

Yes. For safety and liability reasons, customers are responsible for uninstalling and reinstalling their own car seats.

We will guide you to a Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) to guide you through the installation process.

Starting August 27th 2026, we will be offer CPST guidance as needed.

We strictly follow each manufacturer’s instructions. For seat components that are machine washable, we use Free & Clear detergent. For spot cleaning we use warm water and Dawn dish soap. We make adjustments as needed based on the manufacturer instructions.

We inspect each car seat prior to cleaning. This includes taking photos and documenting any notes and findings. We will call the manufacturer if there is anything out of the ordinary, but should it be something that cannot be fixed, we will call you immediately. This can include but is not limited to: mold, harness straps deteriorating, broken styrofoam pieces in the shell of the car seat, missing or broken pieces.

We have insurance coverage for those awful situations. Should an accident ever happen during transport, we will contact you and initiate a claim to get that car seat replaced for you.

Vacuum or remove any snacks and. crumbs to prevent molding. Keep sunroofs and windows closed when parked to keep the car seats from being exposed to any rain or environmental factors. And take action quickly if something happens! The quicker you get to the mess, the easier it will be. Don’t forget that car seats should not be used if they were in an accident.
