HOW IT WORKS

1) Select your service and any applicable add-ons.

2) Complete the intake form and pay the $25 booking deposit.

3) We will contact you prior to your scheduled pickup with an estimate arrival time.

4) We pick up your car seat from your home or designated location

5) Your seat is inspected for any potential damage, photos are taken, notes are documented and the final invoice is sent.

6) Your seat is professionally cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

7) Once your service is complete and your remaining balance is paid, we’ll return your freshly cleaned car seat.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Remove all personal belongings from the car seat.

Let us know about any bodily fluids, mold, accident history or any other concerns below.

Ensure your car seat is accessible at the scheduled pickup time.

We follow each manufacturer’s cleaning instructions and will never use cleaning methods that could compromise your car seat.

Some stains, discoloration, odors, or any wear may not be completely removable.

If the manufacturer guidelines suggest for replacement of the car seat, ie: broken pieces or mold found, we will contact you immediately.

If additional services or fees are needed after inspection, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

We currently only operate on a pickup and delivery basis.

Each additional harnessed car seat is $55. Booster seats only are $30. The add-ons will be calculated in the final invoice if applicable.

Turnaround time varies based on condition of the car seat. For same day service, pickup is in the morning and drop off is after 4pm. If you are not flexible with your schedule, please contact us so that we can work out a specific time that will work for your family. We are here to help you!

Expedited priority service is for urgent needs ONLY that need to be taken care of as soon as possible (vomit or any bodily fluids etc). This is considered a squeeze-in on top of the other appointments booked for other customers that day. The expedited priority fee will be added to the final invoice.

Each invoice will be thoroughly reviewed prior to being sent for payment.
